Bambui, in Mezam Division, lies within reach of Bamenda and is home to significant church and educational institutions. Like much of Mezam, it has both sent people into displacement and received them.
What we do here
Our activities around Bambui include food assistance, essential household items, education support and agricultural livelihoods.
Education and young people
With significant educational institutions in the area, supporting young people to continue learning — and to find skills and income where formal education has been interrupted — is a particular focus.
Community structures
We work through parish and community structures to identify vulnerable households, and to ensure that host families carrying the cost of displacement are not left out of assistance.
