Projects
What we are delivering, and with whom
Caritas Bamenda delivers its work through projects funded by institutional donors, Caritas member organisations, the Archdiocese and individual supporters. This page gives an overview of how that work is organised.
Humanitarian response
Our humanitarian portfolio covers shelter, food assistance, essential household items, water, sanitation and hygiene, health and protection for people displaced by the crisis in the North West and South West Regions.
Development and resilience
Alongside emergency work we deliver longer-term projects in agriculture and livelihoods, education and skills, and community capacity strengthening.
How projects are governed
Projects are designed with the communities concerned, approved by Archdiocesan leadership and implemented by our teams in the field. Each carries its own monitoring framework, financial controls and reporting obligations to the funding partner.
Accountability to the people we serve
Every project includes a way for community members to raise a concern or complaint about our work or our staff. We take those reports seriously and act on them.
Reports
Project and annual reporting is published on our reports and publications page.

Stand with the families we serve
A gift to Caritas Bamenda becomes food on a table, a roof over a displaced family, clean water in a village, a child back in school.
